Before joining CAE, Kerem produced various cultural events and collaborated with both emerging and established artists. An internship with the Prince Claus Fund inspired his commitment to projects in the cultural sector that address broader social and political challenges. Kerem holds a postgraduate degree in Cultural Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he researched how cultural organizations create social and cultural value and explored policy’s role in building a culturally engaged society. Kerem cares for cultural, social, and environmental justice.

Kerem Celikoglu
Kerem is the Events & Production Officer at Culture Action Europe. He is responsible for event production and delivery, connecting CAE’s network for cultural impact. Alongside events, Kerem also contributes to project project management and helps develop financial tools that support CAE’s operational efficiency. Kerem is also part of the CAE Green Team.
